Frequently asked questions
On initial sign-up, you will be charged the enrollment fee ($69.99) plus the first month payment. After that, the payments come out once a month.
We require 2 forms of payment and a government-issued ID to enroll.
Payments will be automatically deducted from your primary form of payment on the 20th of each month. In the event that the payment is unsuccessful, the secondary form of payment will be used. If neither are approved, a second run occurs on the 24th. If payment is still unsuccessful, your plan will be marked inactive and no services may be used until it is current.
- Plan is non-transferable.
- Plan cannot be applied to past visits.
- An appointment must be scheduled for services to be used.
- Additional discounts apply to eligible non-plan items only and cannot be used with other promotions and/or discounts.
- Unused services have no monetary value and will not be reimbursed to you.
Plans will auto-renew to the same plan or the corresponding adult level in the case of puppy/kitten plans.
Plans are non-transferrable and payment in full for services used is expected. Your total amount due will be adjusted for the actual services consumed and the balance may be paid as a lump sum or in monthly installments.
